广告主体验项目经理（日本市场）-国际商业化安全 Advertiser Experience Project Manager (Japan Market)-Global Commercial Risk & Safety

岗位职责

1、作为风控团队的主要联系人，快速、准确地帮助销售团队和广告主排查并解决与风控相关的问题； 2、识别广告审核系统的优化机会，并与跨职能团队合作推动改进，从而系统性地提升广告主体验； 3、通过教育性举措，帮助广告主理解并降低其风险状况，提升其在平台上的广告投放顺畅度； 4、深入理解不同行业及广告主的商业模式，作为商业解决方案专家，为战略级广告主及销售团队提供定制化的支持策略。 1.Serve as the primary liaison of the risk control team to efficiently and accurately assist sales teams and advertisers in troubleshooting and resolving risk-control-related issues; 2.Identify optimization potentials for the ad review system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades for systematic improvement of advertiser experience; 3.Launch educational initiatives to help advertisers understand relevant rules and mitigate operational risks, enabling smoother ad campaign delivery on the platform; 4.Develop in-depth insights into business models across diverse industries and advertiser portfolios; Act as a commercial solution specialist to deliver customized support strategies for key strategic advertisers and sales teams.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、有客户对接或销售支持实习经验，具备数据理解与处理能力； 3、具备广告诚信或信任与安全领域的实习经验； 4、具备任务优先级规划与管理能力； 5、具备英语及商务日语能力（书面与口语达标）。 1.Bachelor’s degree or above with no restrictions on majors; 2.Prior internship experience in client communication or sales support with basic data comprehension and processing capabilities; 3.Previous internship exposure in ad integrity, trust & safety or related fields is preferred; 4.Solid capability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing tasks; 5.Proficient in written and spoken English and business Japanese.
